MEET CHEF GEORGE SIRIOTIS

Executive Chef for More Than 30 Years

Chef George Siriotis grew up in his family-owned Mediterranean restaurants. By the age of 16, George mastered many of the classic dishes. After graduating college, Chef George moved to Chicago and interned for some of the top chefs in several major cities.

Chef George has worked at some of the top restaurants in Chicago and New York including Tavern on the Green in Manhattan and The Berghoff in Chicago. At age 24 he opened his first of six restaurant concepts and three of his restaurants were voted best in their respective area.

During his extensive career, some of Chef George's highlights include:

  • The George W Bush Gala
  • Catered events for Shaquille O'Neil, Gloria Estefan, and many other well-known clients
